Proposers who are included in the list according to sub-rule (3) of rule 146 should be notified to appear at the place, date and time of financial proposal opening.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), when giving notice to the proposer to appear, at least seven days should be given in case of national level proposal and at least fifteen days in case of international level proposal.
(3) The offerors who do not get the pass mark must return their financial offer with a notice that their technical offer has not been selected.
(4) When determining the date according to sub-rule (1), the local body shall determine the period of at least fifteen days from the date of giving such notice.
